DHS Extends Eligibility for Employment Authorization to H-4s


U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director León Rodríguez announced today that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will accept work authorization applications for certain H-4 dependent spouses of H-1B nonimmigrants who are seeking employment-based lawful permanent resident status. DHS will begin accepting eligible H-4 dependent spouse applications on May 26, 2015.
