- Expanding DACA: Removing the age cap, extending DACA renewal and work authorization to three-years, and adjusting the date-of-entry requirement.
- Expanding Deferred Action to those who have a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident son or daughter, have continuously resided in the United States before January 1, 2010, are physically present in the United States on November 20, 2014 and at the time of making a request for consideration of deferred action, have no lawful status on November 20, 2014, and are not an enforcement priority.
